Ø Taiflon3023 Guiding and Wear Resistant Strip
Guiding and Wear Resistant Strips is is a high polymer composite based on PTFE. It has excellent advantage of abrasion-proof, antifriction and anti adhesion, and guiding wearable ring plays a role in precise guiding direction, supporting and sealing for moving piston or piston pole, and has already widely applied in air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder guiding sealing of compressor, crane, loading machine and other engineering machinery.

· Preventing metal contact between piston (piston pole) and cylinder, good self-lubricating, low frictional resistance, low speed and no creeping, ensuring calm running of piston or piston pole;
· High carrying capacity, good wearability, supporting high normal force and axial force, preventing sealing parts form radial force damaging, prolonging life span of air cylinder or hydraulic cylinder;
· Good embedding property, allowing foreign particles embedding into guide tape so as to prevent hydraulic cylinder and sealing parts from damaging
· Anti-erode, good bearing high and low temperature, no distortion and swelling cylinder when increasing temperature
· Good moving and static sealing performance, no adhesion phenomenon.
· Good absorbing vibration, capable of efficiently restrain mechanical vibration.
· Cutting length by 30°, easy installation.
